This irrigated grain land package is located in the RM of Blucher #343, approximately 1 mile southeast of the village of Bradwell and only 48 kms southeast of Saskatoon.

The heated warehouse hosts 6 potato storage bins which are flume designed with holding pits. Storage bins have a combined total capacity of 5.5 million pounds.
